"The site appears to be truly mobile-first in its design approach, which is refreshing to see. The "Itinerary Planner" is absolutely brilliant. I've used similar tools in the past, but nothing that takes a user this far along — actually drawing the directions line to connect the POI to the hotel is a great user experience! Allowing the Book Now button to drop the booking tool down rather than directing users to a new page improves speed and efficiency — and, again, works great on a mobile. Overall, a great use of technology to improve the booking process!"
